Who likes to go to the baseball game and save lots and lots of money?!  Well here's a way you can do this. With this recipe, you can take as many pretzels as you can..... as long as you make them.

2 cups of warm water. 2 packages of active dry yeast. 1/2 cup of sugar. 2 teaspoon of salt. 1/4 cup of butter, softened. 1 egg, beaten. 5 to 7 cups of flour. 1 egg yolk. 2 tablespoon of cold water. Coarse salt.

Warm bowl by rinsing under warm water sprinkle in yeast after adding water. Add sugar, salt, butter, egg, and 3 cups of flour (maybe a little more). Knead 5 minutes. Grease bowl and dough, cover with foil, place in refrigerator for 2 - 24 hours. then Remove. Divide dough in half. Tear into 16 to 20 pieces. roll into 20 - 30" long. shape. Blend yolk and water; brush on pretzel(s); sprinkle with coarse salt. let rise in warm place 20 minutes. bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Yield: 32 pretzels.
